BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
(GLUTEN-FREE COOKIE)

1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350˚

2. REMOVE TRANSPARENT SHRINK WRAP AND USE CARDBOARD TO SLIDE COOKIE AND PARCHMENT ONTO THE LOWER-MIDDLE RACK. COOKIE BAKES ON PARCHMENT ONLY;
REMOVE CARDBOARD BEFORE BAKING. (PARCHMENT WILL DARKEN DURING COOKING)

3. BAKE 8–10 MINUTES UNTIL THE COOKIE IS GOLDEN BROWN. SINCE OVEN TEMPERATURES VARY, CHECK AFTER 5 MINUTES AND ROTATE IF NECESSARY.

4. PULL PARCHMENT BACK ONTO CARDBOARD TO REMOVE FROM OVEN. LET SIT 2–3 MINUTES BEFORE SLICING.
