BAKING INSTRUCTIONS
(GRILLED PIZZA)

1. PLACE A PIZZA STONE ON YOUR GRILL. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU HEAT THE STONE AT THE SAME TIME THAT YOU’RE HEATING THE GRILL. DON’T PLACE A COLD STONE ON A HOT GRILL OR IT WILL CRACK!

2. TURN THE GRILL ON HIGH HEAT FOR 10 MINUTES. WHILE THE GRILL IS HEATING, TRIM THE PARCHMENT PAPER WITH SCISSORS SO THAT THE PAPER WILL NOT OVERHANG YOUR PIZZA STONE. LEAVE ABOUT ONE INCH OF PAPER AROUND THE PIZZA.

3. WHEN THE GRILL IS UP TO TEMPERATURE, PLACE THE PIZZA ON THE STONE. ALL GRILLS VARY. YOU MAY HAVE TO LOWER YOUR TEMPERATURE TO MEDIUM.

4. COOK THE PIZZA FOR 6–12 MINUTES. CHECK THE BOTTOM COLOR OF YOUR PIZZA OFTEN. WHEN YOUR PIZZA IS GOLDEN BROWN YOU CAN REMOVE IT FROM THE GRILL. LET YOUR PIZZA COOL FOR A FEW MINUTES AND ENJOY!
