BAKING TIPS
(PIZZA)

1. AFTER 10–15 MINUTES, CHECK THE BOTTOM OF THE CRUST TO ENSURE IT IS GOLDEN BROWN. IF NOT, SLIDE THE PARCHMENT PAPER OUT AND BAKE THE PIZZA DIRECTLY ON TOP OF THE RACK FOR A FEW MORE MINUTES.

2. DO NOT COOK IN CONVECTION OR MICROWAVE OVENS. IF YOU NEED TO COOK TWO PIZZAS AT ONCE, ALTERNATE RACKS AFTER 8 MINUTES.

3. OUR PIZZAS ARE BEST ENJOYED ON THE DAY YOU TAKE THEM HOME.
