We all have our own family recipes, and Bake425 is no different. In addition to using local and organic ingredients, we also make all of our crusts and sauces right in house.
Each pizza starts with arguably the most important ingredient: the crust. Our chef draws on his experience as an artisan baker to craft the crisp-yet-airy crust that forms the foundation for our wide variety of sauces and toppings. Each crust is leavened with yeast that is unique to our midwestern air, lending the dough a delightfully chewy texture and delicate flavor.
When we’re not kneading dough, we’re working with local purveyors to source the smoked meats and cheeses that make our specialty pizzas so memorable. Each topping blends tradition and innovation to create artisanal flavors you can’t find anywhere else.
Beneath the layers of farm-fresh veggies, cheeses, and locally crafted meats are our distinctive, flavorful sauces: pistachio pesto, roasted butternut, creamy bechamel, and classic tomato. We simmer them all from scratch daily to ensure the brightest, freshest flavors possible.
